No, you cannot add MSM Express, MSM Select, MSM Diva and/or MSM Bulldawg to your Build Your Own Box order. Doing this will result in automatic cancellation of your order.
What is the last date to order for any month's MSM Box?
Our bookings for a specific month close on the 30th of every month or till stocks last, whichever is earlier. All orders placed after we close bookings for a specific month automatically become eligible for the next month's MSM box.
Can I gift an MSM Box Subscription?
You absolutely can! MSM Boxes make delightful gifts, be they for a special occasion like a birthday or an anniversary or as hostess gifts… or just to tell someone in your life how special they are to you! You can gift a single box or a three-month, six month or annual subscription so they remember your gesture every month when they receive your box.
Can I add a message inside the gift MSM Box subscription?
We are happy to offer you our services in including a hand written note inside a gift MSM Box subscription. Please include the wordings for your note in the box provided while placing your order online.
Can I get my MSM Box gift-wrapped?
Currently we do not offer a gift-wrap option because we think our hot pink and glorious golden boxes are pretty delightful as they are. But we are planning to introduce this feature very soon, at a nominal charge. We will keep you updated as and when this service commences. We do offer gift-wrapping options for certain bulk orders however. Please message firstname.lastname@example.org for any such queries.
Why do you ask for age information when I place my order? Will my box be customized accordingly?
The products that we select for inclusion in our boxes are currently multi purpose and can be used across all age groups. We do not make separate assortments for different age groups except perhaps in the choice of colour cosmetics. Your may wonder then as to why we ask for age related information at all. This is done because we are trying to measure and map our customer demographics so that in future we may be in a position to offer customised boxes keeping specific age brackets in mind.
I’m allergic to certain products & ingredients. What to do?
Our product selection team evaluates and tests all products that make up our assortment every month. We usually select product that are suited to all skin types. However if you have very sensitive skin we suggest doing a patch test on the inner side of your elbow.
How can I find out what will be in my MSM Box?
MSM Box helps you discover fantastic new brands and products every month – the surprise factor is part of the fun! This is one of the reasons why we don’t tell you upfront what we will be shipping you in your box. Do I have to pay the full amount at the time of receiving my 3 month/ 6 month or annual subscription?
Yes that is correct. Paying for all three/six/twelve months at one time while placing your order gives you the advantage of not having to order a box every month. Plus you can avail of our fabulous discount structure when you order and pay for multiple months.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping on every order of Rs 600 & above.
I just ordered my MSM Box. When will it be delivered?
Congratulations on your purchase! You should get your box within 3-5 working days from the date of shipping.
Are there any Cash-on-Delivery charges?
No, there are no extra charges for COD order.
How can I track my MSM Box once it has been shipped?
Once your MSM box has been shipped the AWB number will be e-mailed to you so you can track your package online. Track your order
Can I change my address after my boxes start shipping?
You can send us an address change e-mail from your registered e-mail address. Kindly note, all address changes must be notified before 1st of every month for us to deliver your MSM Boxes accordingly.
Cancellation, Replacements & Refund
What is your returns policy?
Since these are personal hygiene and care products we do not accommodate returns or exchanges of your MSM Box once accepted.
What is your cancellation policy for MSM Box?
Our cancellation policy does not apply to purchases made during offers/promotions. It applies only to our regular (non-offer/non-promotions) prepaid three-month, six-month and annual subscriptions. At the time of refund, MSM will deduct the cost of already shipped boxes at full price and the balance amount will be remitted to your account. Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com specifying reasons for the cancellation. Cancellation requests will need to be received and acknowledged by us before the first week of the month in order to include that months subscription amount in your refund. The final decision regarding cancellation/refund will be at the sole discretion of World One Retail Pvt Ltd.
My MSM Box reached me with damaged products. What do I do?
Our packing and despatch team takes great care to make sure that your MSM box is securely packed. We also photo-document each and every box that is despatched to our customers. In the unlikely case that your box arrives with broken product we request you to send us a picture of the same at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will evaluate your case and replace products if warranted.
