Rainy Weather Hair Styles You Can Flaunt

Posted on July 13 2017

Yes, we know humid rain filled days do all kinds of not-so-nice things to our hair. So to make things easier for you our beauty team has curated some super cute and super easy breezy monsoon hairstyles for which you will definitely thank us :-)

‘OH-SO’ Easy Monsoon Ready Hairstyles

The Braided Bun

Bring some twist to your messy bun by adding the elegance of braids along with the bun. Simply pull your hair into a high or a low ponytail as per your choice, braid the ponytail and twist it into a bun. Secure the bun with bobby pins and 'TADA'- you are absolutely ready to flaunt this cooler version of messy bun. You can also pull out hairs from the front and the sides to amp up that messy look.

The Fishtail Bun

Incorporating fishtail to your otherwise normal bun can add a bit of twist and up the cuteness factor as well! Also, the hairstyle is super easy to pull off. Start by tying your hair into a high or mid ponytail and secure it with an elastic rubber band. Then start braiding the ponytail into a fishtail. Once done with braiding the ponytail, wrap it into a bun and secure it with bobby pins. That’s it- this is all you need to do get the hairstyle. You can also pull out some hairs in the front or if you have layers, you can leave them in the front for that messy and sexy look.

The Messy Ponytail

A messy ponytail is yet another easy and sophisticated hairstyle that deserves a big round of applauds for this rainy season. Pull your hair back only using your fingers into a high ponytail and tie it with an elastic rubber band. Pull out some hair in the front to frame your face and for that extra dose of a messy look.

The Ballet Bun

One of the best hairstyles for those damp days when our hair choses to betray us. Start by parting the hair deeply and brushing back into a low or high ponytail as per your preference. Tie the hair into a rope braid, twist the hair into a bun and secure with bobby pins. This is how you finally get to conquer a bad hair day like a pro.

The Side Swept Fishtail Braid

If you are absolutely bored of the normal fishtail braid and want to add some twist, try the side swept fish tail braid with a bit of messiness in it (or not) which is a perfect hairstyle for rainy days. Start by combing your hair thoroughly and then take a chunk of hair at the crown of your head and start teasing it with a comb. This will add volume to the crown. Then comb all your hair gently to one side and start braiding your hair into a fishtail at the nape of the neck. You can also leave out some hair in the front to fame your face and add a soft look to your face.

 Knotted Ponytail

Add some spice to your otherwise average ponytail by incorporating some couple of easy knots. Trust us, this will keep your hair away from your face and those loose strands of hair that will be sticking effortlessly will add an unkempt yet sophisticated look to your hair.
