Just because Diwali is past, doesn't mean that we're done with partying - there are all those weddings to attend, and the Christmas/New Year do's with our names on the invites.
There's no need to panic if the Diwali over-indulgence has lead to your skin looking less than perfect. Here is a quick and easy 5-step regime using some of our favourite products to get you glowing party-ready skin.
Watch the video here, and read below to see the products and steps used.
- STEP 1: CLEANSE with La Roche-Posay Effaclar Gel Cleanser
This is a gentle cleanser which respects skin's pH balance. Wet face with lukewarm water and massage a small amount of gel into the skin working up a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly.
- STEP 2: EXFOLIATE with Ma Earth Botanicals all natural face scrub
This is a luxurious gentle powder to buff and cleanse all skin types. Mix with rose water (for oily skin) or with yoghurt (for dry skin). Apply a thin layer on your face, leave till dry. Gently scrub off with wet finger tips. Pat dry.
- STEP 3: TONE with La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water
This is the last step in cleansing and the first step in caring. This thermal spring water is rich in selenium, a key anti-oxidant. Spray on to your face to tone and refresh after exfoliation.
- STEP 4: NOURISH with Innisfree It's Real Squeeze Mask
This is a unique 3 layer sheet mask soaked in nutrients for a deep hydration treatment. Apply the mask over the entire face, avoiding the eye and lip area. Remove the mask after 10-15 minutes, and gently massage in any remaining serum.
- STEP 5: REPAIR with La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+
This is your last step for great skin in case of any acne related blemishes with a non drying, oil free fast absorbing texture. Spread a thin layer on affected areas, approximately half-a-pea size amount.
And that's it! XOXO
